Contact your Retail Service Provider (RSP) or local Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) if you have a question or complaint about:

  • UFB or RBI2 installation and retail services
  • ordering UFB or RBI2/MBSF services
  • UFB or RBI2 products and pricing
  • UFB or RBI2 billing
  • UFB or RBI2 faults

If your RSP or WISP is a member of the Telecommunications Forum, they will be a signatory to the Customer Complaints Code. This has an associated Dispute Resolution Scheme which handles complaints about fibre services.

Contact your Local Fibre Company, Chorus, The Rural Connectivity Group (RCG) or local WISP if you have a question about:

  • UFB rollout timing and availability
  • UFB rollout and installation in rights of way and multi-dwelling units
  • service levels provided to retail service providers
